i jogged from my place to bishan parkkk~~

im veri happy wif myself tt i managed to get my arse off my bed @ 7am !!
my nephew actually woke up @ 7am to watch tv~~
omgg~~~ they r jus so hardworking.. onli to watch tv

i went to 3 diff fitness corner.. did a bit of exercise..
one @ my place, the other one further down.. which is near st nich n the one @ bishan park....
where's the last time i actually go for a jog @ bishan park?

morning jog wif nice songs n lame jokes from glenn ong certainly brightens up my day!
it's quite of refreshing aft the jog!!
